详细介绍：
1941年秋，正值日军在华势力扩张阶段，浙东山区四明山一带活跃了一支新四军游击队，野山鹰正是四明山游击队的担架队队长。然而生性泼辣的她，一心只想成为一名穿军装的新四军战士。四明山地区遭到了敌人的扫荡，野山鹰的亲人在扫荡中被日军杀害，她上战场抗击日寇的心更加强烈。新四军赵团长却不同意野山鹰的想法，而是希望她在革命的熔炉中接受各种锻打。野山鹰完成营救战俘任务，满心以为可以立功，但是上级却宣布她成为游击根据地的被服厂厂长。在被服厂里，野山鹰终于明白了赵团长对自己的良苦用心。野山鹰在战火中成长，协同完成各项任务，从原来的鲁莽、固执的担架队队长变成了冷静、果断的战斗排排长。最后，她在军旗下庄严宣誓：愿以自己的青春、热血和生命，战斗到底。
