黄明珠是医院院长的宝贝独生女，她衔着金汤匙，以为别人都会依照她的想法做人处事，让人觉得她很浪漫幼稚；明珠过于直率天真，全力追求爱情，以为只要妹有心，郎就一定有意，不过明珠一再在情感上受到挫折，被前男友麦克拋弃后，明珠开始变的自暴自弃，并偷偷跑去父亲开的医院找精神科医师帮忙，明珠因此成为了颜启明的病人。颜启明是院内出了名的花心大萝卜，拋弃过的女病人、女家属、女业务代表、女护士远比他治好的病人还多，不过一直自命为情圣的启明，至今最大的败笔就是一直甩不掉蓝桃花，虽然桃花甜美可爱，曾让启明爱不择手，不过喜新厌旧的启明，还是向桃花提出分手，但少根筋的桃花还是完全在状况外，依然时常到医生休息室找启明，死缠着启明不放，启明相当苦恼，为了躲避桃花，启明经常跑到好友 --- 纪名远的辨公室避难。名远是院内的整形外科医生，常劝启明不要再玩弄女生的情感，正直上进的名远，把心力都放在工作及学术进修上，但医院新来的皮肤科医师---李爱英，却让名远有了心动的感觉，为了不让爱英误会自己有女友，加上花心的启明已经对爱英展开追求，为了防止爱英被启明追走，名远毅然决然向謢士萧小妹表明心意……
